JUMPCE RESTART
Trampoline fitness class. A back to basics class which is shorter than usual, with lower cardio, designed as a first class back for anyone who hasn't jumped for a while, due to injury or personal circumstance, who wants to rebuild their cardio fitness and jumping finesse! Hopefully this will ease you back into it.
Valid 4 days and will come to you via P Cloud (manually sent by me) so pls check your emails and make sure you can get into the recording ok.
