Beginners & Intermediate Running Handsworth Park (Sun, 08:30 09:30 AM)

Would you like support to develop your stamina , technique , speed and distance? Then we have a session for you! Come and run with our friendly running group where our experienced run leader will assist you with achieving your goals. Be amongst like-minded people. Absolutely everyone is welcome – we are here to help and encourage more people to run. Bring water and wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Meet at the boathouse, by the lake. It's all free and takes place at the same place and time every week. For more information please email: activeparks@theaws.org or call: 0121 728 7030. On arrival you will be asked to sign up to a free wellbeing card. Please arrive 15 minutes early to do this, or you can pre-register for a wellbeing card at: https://theaws.co.uk/join-us/wellbeing-card/. If your wellbeing card doesn't arrive in time please dont worry as you can sign up for free activities on the day.
