Would you like support to develop your stamina , technique , speed and distance? Then we have a session for you! Come and run with our friendly running group where our experienced run leader will assist you with achieving your goals. Be amongst like-minded people. Absolutely everyone is welcome – we are here to help and encourage more people to run. Bring water and wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Meet at the boathouse, by the lake.
